From a none drivers point of view, this social was organised spot on, me and my lad fished a week in France at Pegasus lakes organised through Matt which took away all the hassle of trying to book it my self, there was room for all our stuff to go over, the hosts Pete and matt was brilliant, great pair of guys and easy to get along with highly recommend booking a trip here, the food was decent and filled the whole,facilities on site was spot on, my lad managed to bag him self a new PB so happy for him well worth the money highly recommend 💯% come on people don’t miss this opportunity you won’t regret it 🎣
Our trip to France was made as simple as it could be, one price , for travel , crossings , fishing ,and a food package. We all met at the pick up point , all our tackle was loaded , then we was driven to the ferry which was already booked , travelled straight to the lake, we had a couple of social evenings as well, then when it was finally over it was as as simple on the return travel ferry etc, a stress free trip with someone else doing all the planning and arranging, defo recommended
Booked a trip with Real Escapes to fish Pegasus lakes for a week and what a week it was considering i only fished for 5 days out of the 7 (my own fault for getting a bit to carried away on the first nights social with the beers and was a bit to hungover to fish the next day), but managed to get the rods out on the Monday morning to bag 9 carp to just under 29lb. If your looking for a weeks fishing with out the stress of driving and cooking then Real Escapes is definitely for you!! Matt does all the hard work so all you have to do its turn up load your gear in to the van and sit back and relax the food what matt provides with your package is 10/10 from fresh pastas to kebab/pizza nights what more can u ask for on the bank the owner of the lake has loads of snacks and fridges full of colds drinks witch u can purchase off him when you go round to have have a shower and freshen up already booked again for 2026 and 2027 on lake 1 so fingers crossed i land on the big girls and bag up with a 50 or even 60lber
